Commercial fit-out runs to a fixed programme with other trades in the same space. Rezkita Servis Sdn Bhd sequences cabling and network installation around the ceiling grid, partition and mechanical programmes, and works to the landlord base-build standard rather than against it.
Multi-tenant buildings need tenant traffic kept separate. We design segregation at both the physical and logical layer so each tenancy is isolated, and label the installation so a later churn does not require tracing. Base-build risers, containment and comms rooms are integrated from the outset, because retrofitting a route through a completed common area is disruptive and rarely approved.
