We source specified equipment and confirm lead times against the programme.
You receive A procurement schedule and confirmed delivery dates.

Implementation
We install to specification, working within agreed access and shutdown windows.
You receive Progress reporting against the programme.

Testing
We test each subsystem against the design criteria and record the results.
You receive Test records, including certification traces where the work is cabling or fibre.

User acceptance
We run acceptance against the requirement statement with your team present.
You receive A signed acceptance record and a snag list with owners and dates.

Documentation
We compile the as-built record: topology, configuration backups, labelling schedule, warranty and serial register.
You receive A handover pack your team can operate from without us.

We move the estate onto the agreed support arrangement, monitored under a 24/7 SLA.
