02What does an engagement involve?
Eight delivery phases, in order: requirements, design, procurement, implementation, testing, user acceptance, documentation and support. No phase is skipped, and each one has a defined handover.

Proactive monitoring, patching and maintenance under a contracted 24/7 SLA, with defined response commitments and a named escalation path.
