Data centre

Availability, density and change control planned before the first rack lands.

A data centre is specified by the availability target it has to hold. Rezkita Servis Sdn Bhd designs redundancy to that target: power feeds, cooling paths and network routes duplicated where the target requires it, and not where duplication only adds capital cost.

Density drives the rest. Rack layout, containment strategy and cooling capacity are planned against actual kilowatts per rack rather than a nominal figure, and monitoring is installed so drift is visible early. Growth is structured rather than improvised: change control is documented from handover, so every later addition is recorded against the as-built and the facility stays operable by the team that inherits it.
